One entity delivering both architectural design and building services under one contract- from project initiation to completion. The homeowner is no longer the liaison between the architect and contractor.

Michael is a native of Sherman, CT. He earned a BBA at the University of Vermont and an MBA at Western Connecticut State University. Although starting in the industry as a builder, Michael later became a licensed architect, and, in his words, "will forever be a student of building science".

PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT: Michael Carpanzano, AIA

Lauren graduated from UVM with a BA in psychology in 2003. After understudying at a design firm in Chestnut Hill, MA she continued to work in the Interior Design field for the next decade before taking time off to focus on her family. Lauren has joined our team as the lead interior designer, lending her expertise from project conception to completion.

LEAD INTERIOR DESIGNER: Lauren Neill

Kerry brings her experience in both design and construction management within residential and institutional disciplines to our team; as well as acting as our BIM Manager. Kerry has Bachelors in Architecture from Roger Williams University.
